Winamp crashes when playing Jay Miner MP3s

DISCUSSION

Nullsoft Winamp has a known problem (originally reported for version 2.5e) which may cause it to crash when loading the MP3 files included in the Amiga Forever Plus Pack. This appears to be related to the additional tags which are associated to the audio data, and which contain the transcript ("lyrics") of the tracks and other information. If the issue cannot be solved using a different version of Winamp, a variety of other free players can be used. Players which have been tested with the same audio tracks include Windows Media Player, MusicMatch Jukebox and XingMP3 Player.
